Where do orders ship from?

 

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this stage, due to the increased price of postage, I’m only shipping to NZ and Australia. I’m currently looking into affordable and safe international shipping options.

Once I’ve placed my order, when will it ship?

Chibi Rach is completely run by myself! This means all orders are created and packed by this team of one. I always aim to get orders out promptly, which is generally postage drop offs 2 times a week. 

 

Please check if the item you’re ordering is pre-made, made to order, or pre-order as this will affect shipping times.
Pre-made orders: Ready to go and can be shipped out immediately.
Made to order: Items are made once your order has been placed, meaning there might be an extra few days turn around time to create your item. A general time frame is provided on the product listing
Pre-order: Items set to be released on a specific date, after which they will be shipped out.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Within NZ 3-7 working days
Australia up to 2-3 weeks 
Please note there are potential delays due to Covid 19 affecting shipping chains.

 

What happens if my package never arrives?

Make sure to keep a close eye on your tracking number and if there are any problems contact your local post office number provided on your tracking link.

Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of postage services, I am not responsible for it. 
I don’t have the time or resources to call shipping or courier services on your behalf, especially if they are not within New Zealand. If you are unable to reach an outcome with the Postage service yourself, feel free to contact me and I will open an investigation on your package.

 

Do you accept returns?

All sales from Chibi Rach are final! Returns/exchanges are not accepted. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on each product so please check these carefully before ordering.

 

I gave you the wrong shipping info, what can I do?

Orders within NZ are generally returned to me and can be resent as long as the new shipping fee is paid for. 
Unfortunately, once orders have left the country there is very little I can do to change the delivery address. These items are usually disposed of by the shipping provider and cannot be replaced or re-shipped.

Please ensure ALL your details are correct as I do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages are shipped.

 

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

I take great care in ensuring the high quality of my items and that they are packaged correctly. If something has slipped past my quality control, email me and you will receive a replacement. However, if the damage is the fault of the shipping provider (handling the item(s) too roughly/incorrectly) please contact them with your invoice details to organise a resolution. I am unable to take responsibility for items damaged due to shipping.
